British beef is produced to the highest welfare standards in the world. Most of the beef is heifer beef dry aged for at least 21 days the traditional butcher way, which enhances the beef tenderness and produces a juicer cut.
Our British Lamb is from grassland farms, who naturally rear the British lamb. It is hung on the bone to ensure it is extra tender and tasty. All British lamb is trimmed of any surplus fat.
Our British pork comes from outdoor reared pigs selected for their leanness and excellent taste. This produces an amazing pork loin roast with wonderful crackling and delicious tasting chops, sausages and gammon.
Barn reared whole chickens and chicken portions, we also sell turkey and duck.
Home made sausage thick or thin. We make traditional pork, lincolnshire style, tomato plus each month we have a speciality sausage, check our facebook page.

Gammon joints, steaks, plain back bacon, smoked back bacon, double smoked middle bacon, streaky bacon and our own dry cured bacon.
All our sliced meats are cooked in store as well as potted beef and pork dripping.
